Bamboo Nursery and Gardens
Growing
in stands around the property we have about 53 specimens
planted.
Some have been
here for
over 18 years. We are your local grower in Sarasota.
We
have an area called Bamboo Island where
we
have containers of bamboo from 3 gallon up to 30 gallon for sale. We
do our
best to
keep bamboo available in many different
sizes.
We
have listed the varieties that are available for the public to
purchase and
will do our best to keep the list updated as new ones
become ready for
sale.
These are clumpers which do not
spread all
over and can be stopped, unless other wise noted.
The
sizes are just estimated.
Soil,
moisture, and different factors can change its normal
growth habit.
Also, many are
fairly new to
this country, and it takes years to establish statistics.
